Not what I expected

I was back here for a family reunion and got two rooms. Staff was super nice and there were tons of towels. But man, the place was really dirty and the furniture was falling apart. Tried to get a nicer room but couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Oh, and that breakfast was decent. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff at the front desk was surprisingly friendly, like they actually cared about your stay. I had an issue with the vending machine, and they not only helped me but also gave me some complimentary water, which was a nice touch.

We loved our stay with easy access to both the new windsor cantonment, just a short walk away, and the beautiful kristi babcock memorial park, perfect for a relaxing stroll. the hotel had everything we needed for our weekend adventure in the city.

Clean and spacious room with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The beds were comfy with nice pillows. There’s a big parking lot, and staff was helpful. Breakfast was mostly carbs, no protein options though. They suggested using linens for three days to save the environment, which was odd. Overall, it served our needs well.
